Hello Everyone!
I hope this week has found you in a good place. As always my love for anything baked and sweet has overcome me. This time it is centered on one specific Fall favorite.....Pumpkin!
It is really interesting looking through all the different recipes that can be made using Pumpkin. I mean you start with your classic "Pumpkin Pies" and your not so classic " Pumpkin Cookies" that look like mummies! There are of course the slightly altered classics like "Apple Butter Pumpkin Pie" or "Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes".
And then you see some cute ideas where you change a classic or alter a well known recipe with Pumpkin. You can find things like "Pumpkin Pudding" or even "Pumpkin Brownies". Then you come across "Pumpkin Cheesecake Balls" and "Pumpkin Whoopie Pies" and simply decide you have seen it all....
I am starting to think that my little "Pumpkin Cupcake Necklace" is one of the most innocent creations during Halloween and Fall. :)
