Refund policy

If an item is delayed, please let me know! No refunds or replacements will be made until six weeks from date of shipment has passed. This is mainly due to the fact that it can take up to six weeks for international orders to arrive due to customs. It may just end up getting there safe and sound!

Should an item, either domestic or international, arrive damaged, please contact me! I will ask you to send a photo and describe the condition of the item and I'll be happy to re-send you the same item, however postage will have to be paid for by you.

Also i would like you to know before hand that you are responsible for all taxes and customs in your country.

In the rare occurrence that an incorrect item has been sent in error, i will accept the return of the wrong item in exchange with the right item.

All my creations go through quality control before they are carefully packaged and sent to you.If however you receive an item that appears to be faulty or damaged, please contact me immediately in order to arrange an exchange, repair or refund accordingly.
However if the mistake is on your part (wrong address for example) then we'll have to wait for the item to be returned to me before I can ship it again (and I'm afraid you will have to cover the shipping cost) :( So please be extra careful and double check your shipping details and other info before the purchase.

Every handmade or hand crafted item especially the ones that are made of clay are likely to differ a little compared to the pictures. (tiny adjustments or tiny color changes). I try my very best to describe each item as it is and to make them according to there descriptions however this is the main difficulty when it comes to handmade products. Of course buying on line always involves the risk of receiving an item slightly different from what you may have imagined.
In that case, if you wish to return it to me, I will refund you in full (except shipping fees of course) as long as you return the item within 14 working days from the day of receipt.
